The mystery of the deepest parts of the ocean comes alive. Surrounded by sinewy designs that seem to initiate from the powerful giant himself, flanked by the swirling vortex , he makes his way through the spell binding vortex of the deepest parts of the earth yet to be explored. As the measured and composed chaos of the vortex gives way to the sinewy waved, the titan moves with ease through his dominion.

Each painting consists of multiple layers, to create a truly original piece of art. I start by sketches, then gesso. I then begin layering down my acrylic metallic paints, and just a splash of color. Next come the metal leafing, which I think adds a unique aspect of depth. Followed by shading and textured. Finished with a little bit of grunging, and a coat of varnish.
